The Crew 2: Deep Sea Mission is the fully independent sequel to the award-winning game The Crew: In Search of the Ninth Planet. Designed by Thomas Sing, this cooperative trick-taking game allows games for groups of 2 to 5 players, ages 10 and up, lasting about 20 minutes.

With rules that are easy to understand and explain and a very quick set-up, you'll be playing in no time. The box includes on one side a deck of 40 cards, numbered 1 to 9, of four different colors plus four submarine cards, numbered 1 to 4, which act as jokers with the highest value; on the other side, a deck with mission cards, where a score is indicated according to the number of players. Depending on the difficulty of each adventure, it will be necessary to complete more or less missions.

At the beginning of the game, all the colored cards plus the submarines are distributed among all the players. Whoever receives the submarine of value 4 must announce it, as he will be named captain, but the rest of the cards must be kept secret. Next, the missions are distributed among the players, which indicate an objective to be achieved at the end of the game. From getting a certain number of tricks or cards in total to winning with certain numbers or colors. If everyone achieves their goal, the adventure is a success and the campaign can be continued.

However, in the deepest depths of the ocean, communication between players will be limited. As a team you must cooperate to ensure the success of each mission. Players will have a communication token at their disposal, which they can use once per turn to inform each other of certain details about their hand of cards. In this way, strategies can be planned so that each player wins the tricks corresponding to his mission card.
